The Coordinating Committee of Vietnamese Americans of NorCal will hold a memorial service for the victims of the horrific terrorist attack 20 years ago and also perform a memorial service for the 13 brave American soldiers who died. because of a terrorist bomb while on duty to protect the evacuation out of Kabul.
