As Santa Clara County Chairman, Keen leads local GOP efforts in voter registration, candidate development and political outreach.

Most recently, Keen was Chair of the Bush-Cheney’04 campaign in Santa Clara County where he led an extensive grassroots team. He has served in Santa Clara County’s Republican Party since 2003.

Keen has worked in the investment banking industry for over 15 years, including positions at Montgomery Securities and Robertson Stevens. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Princeton and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
